HSL+ is a consulting company that helps businesses, communities and municipalities raise funding for strategic projects. We specialize in project support, investments and grant funding selection
We work where there is an idea, a team, and a desire to implement an impactful project. We take on the entire journey: from the first meeting to the report to the donor.

— project management after raising funds
Our unique experience is the creation of an international consortium of three countries (Finland, the Netherlands, Ukraine) for a large urban project "Vinnytsia on the Water"
