REFUND POLICY

1. General provisions
This Refund Policy regulates the conditions under which HSL+ customers may claim a partial or full refund of the amounts paid for the services provided. The purpose of the policy is to ensure transparent and fair terms of cooperation.
2. Nature of services
HSL+ provides individualized consulting and support services related to the preparation of grant applications, attracting investments, and project development.
Given the specifics of the activity, most of the work is performed immediately after the start of cooperation, which affects the possibility of a refund.
3. Refund terms
Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • If the service has not been started and the client has sent a written refusal of cooperation within 5 calendar days from the date of payment.

  • If HSL+ was unable to commence the service within the agreed period due to its own fault.

  • If the parties have agreed on a partial refund in connection with early termination of the contract.

4. Cases when funds are not returned

  • After the actual start of the service (conducting a consultation, starting the preparation of documents, etc.).

  • If the failure to achieve the expected result is due to factors beyond the control of HSL+ (grantee refusal, changes in investor requirements, incomplete or unreliable information from the client).

  • If the client violates the terms of the contract.

5. Return procedure

  • The client sends a written application to the email address.

  • The application is considered within 10 working days.

  • The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

6. Changes to the Policy
HSL+ reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective upon publication on the Site.
