Idea and goal

The project involves the creation of a large-scale tourist and recreational ecosystem in the center of Vinnytsia. The concept combines rehabilitation locations, pedestrian recreational paths, inclusive hotels and restaurants, modern spaces for work and recreation, as well as areas for water sports. This is a unique urban project that combines environmental friendliness, innovation and comfort.

Project objectives:

Developing a strategy to integrate environmental, recreational, and rehabilitation practices into a single concept.
Creation of a package of presentation materials for investors, local authorities and international donors.
Selection of examples of successful international cases of tourism and recreation ecosystems.
Engaging world-class architectural partners to develop a master plan.
Development of innovative solutions for inclusive infrastructure and active recreation on the water.
Formation of a partnership plan in the areas of rehabilitation, gastronomy and sports tourism.
Building a project positioning roadmap.
Establishing partnerships with local authorities and international organizations.

Decision:

An analysis of global trends in river and recreational tourism was conducted.
Contacts have been established with international experts in water infrastructure.
Inclusion, recreation, and rehabilitation are integrated into the concept.
A presentation package (pitch deck, infographics, video) has been prepared for investors and grantmakers.
Successful cases from other countries were studied and best practices were selected.
Proposals have been developed for the creation of tourist products: water routes, rehabilitation programs.
A plan has been formed to involve local producers to enhance authenticity.
A preliminary list of potential partners for implementation has been created.
