Idea and goal
The first and only restaurant on the water in Vinnytsia, well known to every resident of the city. Located in the central part of Vinnytsia, between the Central and Kyiv bridges, the establishment is focused on high standards of service and quality of cuisine. The team is constantly improving technological processes, updating equipment and improving the qualifications of the staff, which allows the restaurant to remain competitive and attractive for both Vinnytsia residents and tourists.
Project objectives:
Develop a strategy for attracting grant and loan financing for restaurant development.
Apply for international and national business support programs.
Prepare financial models and a business plan with a focus on energy efficiency.
Offer innovative solutions to increase energy efficiency (solar panels, modern equipment).
Develop a marketing strategy to strengthen the brand among local and tourist audiences.

"Course for Independence 2.0" from the agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv in cooperation with the German government — €20,000
EENergy (Denmark) — €10,000 for installation of additional solar panels
"Action" program — 1,000,000 UAH
A full package of documents and business plans have been prepared for submission to all programs.
An energy-efficient restaurant concept using solar energy has been developed.
An updated marketing campaign has been launched, positioning the restaurant as a unique waterside gastrolocation with an ecological approach.
Operational processes were optimized, new equipment was introduced to increase kitchen productivity and reduce energy consumption.
